Ponto

Ponto è un servizio che permette ad aziende e professionisti di aggregare i loro conti in un unico luogo e di vedere direttamente tutte le loro transazioni all’interno di un’unica app. È una soluzione di terze parti che sta ampliando continuamente il numero di istituti bancari che possono essere sincronizzati con Odoo.

Odoo can synchronize directly with your bank to get all bank statements imported automatically into your database.

Ponto is a paid third-party provider that can handle the synchronization between your bank accounts and Odoo. Its pricing is 4€/month per account/integration.

Configurazione

Collega i tuoi conti bancari con Ponto

1. Go to Ponto’s website (https://myponto.com).

2. Crea un account se non ne hai ancora uno

3. Una volta effettuato l’accesso, creare una organizzazione.

   
4. Go to Accounts ‣ Live, and click on Add account.

   You might have to add your Billing Information first.

5. Selezionate il vostro Paese, i vostri istituti bancari, date il vostro consenso a Ponto e seguite i passaggi sullo schermo per collegare il vostro conto bancario al vostro conto Ponto.

   

6. Make sure to add all bank accounts you want to synchronize with your Odoo database before moving on to the next steps.

Collega il tuo account Ponto con il tuo database Odoo

1. Andare su Contabilità ‣ Configurazione ‣ Aggiungi un conto bancario.

2. Search your institution, make sure to select the right institution. By selecting the institution, you can verify that the third party provider is Ponto.

3. Click on Connect and follow the steps.

4. At some point, you will have to authorize the accounts you want to access in Odoo. Please select all the accounts you want to synchronize. Even the ones coming from other banking institutions.

   

5. Completa il flusso

Nota

È necessario autorizzare tutti i conti a cui si vuole accedere in Odoo, ma Odoo filtrerà i conti in base all’istituzione selezionata nel secondo passaggio.

Aggiorna le tue credenziali di sincronizzazione

You might have to update your Ponto credentials or modify the synchronization settings.

To do so, go to Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Online Synchronization and select the institution you want to fetch the other accounts. Click on Fetch Accounts button to start the flow.

During the update, select all the accounts you want to synchronize, even the ones coming from other banking institutions.

Recupera nuovi account

You might want to add new online accounts to your connection.

To do so, go to Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Online Synchronization and select the institution you want to fetch the other accounts. Click on Fetch Accounts button to start the flow.

Non dimenticate di mantenere l’autorizzazione per i conti esistenti (per tutti gli istituti che avete sincronizzato con Ponto).

FAQ

Dopo la mia sincronizzazione, non appare alcun account

L’utente ha selezionato un istituto dall’elenco e non ha autorizzato alcun conto di questo istituto.

Ho un errore che indica che la mia autorizzazione è scaduta.

Every 3 months (90 days) you must re-authorize the connection between your bank account and Ponto. This must be done from the Ponto website. If you do not do this, the synchronization will stop for these accounts.

Ho alcuni errori con la mia istituzione beta

Ponto fornisce istituzioni in beta, queste istituzioni non sono direttamente supportate da Odoo e vi consigliamo di contattare direttamente Ponto.

L’utilizzo di un’istituzione in fase beta è vantaggioso per Ponto, in quanto consente di avere un feedback reale sulla connessione con l’istituzione.
