BWK Sierbeton produces custom-made architectural concrete on behalf of contractors and architects. We make balconies, decorative and façade elements at our production site in Kruibeke.
To scale up our operations we needed a system that helps us manage leads, make and track complicated quotations throughout the production process. With the help of Clubit we've replaced our custom software stack with a fully integrated Odoo application, that calculates prices in real time and manages scheduling of our manufacturing. With integrated accounting at our disposal, it's easier than ever to have a full and transparent view of the entire production process.

Bij Appelen Roes plukken we het fruit wanneer het op de top van zijn smaak is en niet wanneer het ons het beste uitkomt. We verkopen zowel appels als verwerkte en afgeleide versproducten (appelsap, cider, ...) in onze eigen winkelpunten. Met de hulp van onze partner hebben we al onze processen in kaart gebracht en zijn we met alle processen (Kassa, Verkoop, CRM, Voorraad, Boekhouding, Productie) overgestapt op Odoo.

JM Consulting is een boutique boekhoudkantoor met diepgaande ervaring in de diensten- en maatwerksector. We gebruiken Odoo om onze volledige bedrijfsadministratie in goede banen te leiden. De collectie wil een beeld geven van alle hedendaagse beeldende kunststromingen in Vlaanderen en wordt regelmatig verrijkt met nieuwe kunstenaars en kunstwerken. De kunstwerken kunnen onbeperkt omgeruild worden zodat er telkens kan genoten worden van nieuwe dingen. Worden mensen verliefd op een werk, dan kunnen ze dit eventueel ook aankopen.
Kunst in huis heeft vijf filialen waar je kunt inschrijven, kiezen, reserveren, ruilen en kopen. Je vindt ze in Antwerpen, Brussel, Gent, Kortrijk en Leuven. Op die manier maakt Kunst in Huis een brede waaier aan hedendaagse kunstvormen toegankelijk en geven ze beginnende kunstenaars een duwtje in de rug.

Odoo has been the core of all administrative operations since day one, and with the help of DiVeCon each of the countries now manages their sales in Odoo, while maintaining a clear overview of consolidated accounts. In the DIY retail market in Europe EDI - EDIFACT is a requirement when delivering to large partners.
Using Odoo we've been able to set up EDIFACT integrations quickly by using some custom tools provided by DiVeCon.

Met behulp van Clubit hebben we een volledig geïntegreerde omgeving opgezet waarbij onze nieuwe prospecten bij de juiste coach uit ons partnernetwerk terechtkomen. We volgen ook onze volledige VDAB administratie op binnen Odoo, en door de boekhouding weten we steeds waar we staan met het bedrijf.
